Hi there, it's me again... :D lately I've been asking a lot of questions, so please forgive my curiousity... ;)
Most of you guys here say that the best move to do is I should gain size and weight. I definitely understand that since I'm 6'1'' and only weight 141 lbs, last time I checked... I'm surprised though, because I never expected my weight to drop below 145... :d_eek:
But my biggest concern so far is that once I manage to bulk, I can't regain my lean look, which I 100% prefer rather than my old fat look. Anyway, I also have a dietery habit (check my thread on "Cheat meal a day) which I'm afraid will hinder my cutting progress in the future. :( I believe in the saying, "You are what you eat", so if during bulking I eat 5 clean meals and 1 cheat meal, will it be bad for me? :d_smile:
I'm also planning to do a weekly calorie cycle. A low calorie week would be around 1500-1800 kcal daily and the high calorie week would be around 2000-2500 kcal daily. Can this work? Well the reason I prefer this, is I want to build muscle, but I don't want to get "flabby". Also, even though my metabolism is fast, why can't I lose the last fat in the lower abs?
Oh, and one more thing... it's kinda hard to get a high quality protein here, and it's kinda expensive too.
So for maintaning, 1 usually consume around 200-300 g of carb, 75-100 g of protein and 30-40 g of fats.
For cutting, 150-200 g of carbs, 100-140 g of protein and 20-30 g of fats. :eat:
For bulking... Can anyone give me some tips here on the breakdown... My bulking last month was actually, "Eat everything you like 'till your stuffed". The result? Well... bloated everywhere, but surprisingly my weight drop instead of increase from 147 (3 months ago) to 141 (yesterday I checked). I did cut my calories intake since December 21 so I don't look bloated now.
