First off a little about myself. I'm 18, male, from San Diego. I enjoy Journalism, Photography, and Visual and Performing Arts. I found out about John's site from CollegeHumor.com with the title 'King of New Years Resolutions' or something similar. When the forums opened up I signed up an account and just kind of lurked about.

Plan for schedule.
7:30 Wake up. Protein shake.
7:45 Cardio (HIIT)
8:30 Breakfast
9 Leave for school. (yay college...... :read: )
11:50 Snack. Protein bar? Some nuts? (it's only a 10 minute break between classes)
1:50 End of last class.
2:15-2:30 Lunch
3:30 Workout (probably a 3 day split)
5:00 Dinner
7:30-8 Snack (probably a sandwich)
11-12 bed time

Right now I don't know what exactly my meals or workouts are going to consist of since I'm still doing a little bit of research on the subject.

I don't really have any numeric goals. I don't want to be huge. I just want to have muscle definition. I probably won't ever go on a bulking phase because of that.
I am no where near overweight or out of shape. I am about 5'10" and vary between 150 and 155. But I still have a tiny little gut covering my abs. Also I eat a bunch of crap and when college is over and I have no form of physical exercise (running to class because I don't want to be late for the exam) I don't want to put on the pounds. So I thought I should change it now.

I probably forgot to say something. Oh well. Any and all criticism wanted.

I almost forgot. Hi, my name is Hunter.

Hi Hunter,

Welcome to the forums :tu:

That schedule looks pretty good to me. Theres a few small insignifgant things like you dont have the reccomended 8hr break between your HIIT and weights workouts but I wouldnt worry about that if I were you, it just matters that you get them done.

Also, after your weights workout is your dinner meant to your post workout meal to assist in recovery. If not just have a protein shake straight after the workout.

I'm also at uni, doing Development Studies. What are you studying?
