View Full Version : Whey Protein Isolete vs Blends - What's what??
Gamecock Fri, December 24th, 2004, 07:53 PM I was thinking about incorporating a whey protein shake after my morning cardio workout, so I was going to order from All the Whey.
But then I realized there was Whey Protein Isolete and Whey Protein Blends!
Huh?? What's the difference? Which is better for a person on a cutting diet to be used as a post-workout / breakfast meal??
TIA!!
tensdanny Sat, December 25th, 2004, 01:07 AM i would say just get the blends personally. I've never used the isolates however. The only difference is protein, carb, and fat amounts. I use the blend, and it works fine.
Gamecock Sun, December 26th, 2004, 09:22 AM Anyone else have an opinion?
Advice?
akm3 Sun, December 26th, 2004, 01:03 PM I may be incorrect, but I believe the blend has a little bit more sugar and fat so it doesn't taste like ass.
Personally, I will be ordering the blends.

Gamecock Mon, December 27th, 2004, 10:48 AM Thanks for all the replies!! I think I'll go with the Blend first, as I'm somewhat opposed to digesting chalk!
