I was thinking about incorporating a whey protein shake after my morning cardio workout, so I was going to order from All the Whey.

But then I realized there was Whey Protein Isolete and Whey Protein Blends!

Huh?? What's the difference? Which is better for a person on a cutting diet to be used as a post-workout / breakfast meal??

TIA!!

i would say just get the blends personally. I've never used the isolates however. The only difference is protein, carb, and fat amounts. I use the blend, and it works fine.

Anyone else have an opinion?

Advice?

I may be incorrect, but I believe the blend has a little bit more sugar and fat so it doesn't taste like ass.

Personally, I will be ordering the blends.

akm3 is right, Isolate tastes literally like...I can't even explain it, Chalk probably. and not even good chalk.

Thanks for all the replies!! I think I'll go with the Blend first, as I'm somewhat opposed to digesting chalk!
