I have this issue... When I eat very healthy (like lean chicken breast and brown rice) It tastes decent, but after I eat it like an hour later I feel like.. some kind of empty feeling.

Does this happen when you go from not so good food, to good food? Does it go away?

YES! I get this too. With me, it's almost more of a "hollow" feeling than it is "hungry". I'm not really hungry but I don't feel like I have anything in me.

It does pass in a few weeks. The best thing you can do to get past it are to drink lots of water (this will give you a more full feeling) and also make sure that you're eating enough fats. Getting enough fats, spaced out over the day, will really help get rid of that problem quicker.

Yeah, its a hollow feeling.

Drinking water makes me hungry sort of, but not when I drink and eat tho, makes me feel like I ate more than usual

Well, you are probably eating smaller portions, so your body needs to adjust to that new feeling. The other thing is you may not be getting enough g fat in your meals. Fat makes us feel full longer.

If you are not consistent about eating healthy, and are still eating simple sugary carbs, your body is just telling you it is craving them. The body gets addicted to simple carbs, and craves them. It is one of the reasons why McD's loads their burger buns up with sugar. It takes a couple weeks to break free from the craving, but it can be done.

Well I can't hardly remember, but I believe I also experienced this kinda feeling. But that was a long time ago (like a year...). Well anyway, after you get used to eating clean (which most people refer as bland, tasteless etc...), it's kinda weird, but you'll actually prefer those "bland and tasteless" meal rather than sweet and tempting.

I'm not really sure, but I think it's because of the insulin level in your blood is still high, so you crave carbohydrates. Just give it a week or two, I hope you won't crave that much anymore...

But I believe that there are times where you crave these kind of foods because your body really needs it. So, like they say, "a cheat meal won't hurt you and may even help you."
