Im taking a week off because its been 10/11 weeks now. last time i took a week off i went kinda insane and freaked out a lot at the end.
i hope it doesnt happen this time. but
I wondered about diet during the week off. should I still be trying to consume a lot of calories or lower it a bit. I guess it will natually be a little lower because im not haveing pre/post workout meals. its okay right I wont go completely blubber? lol

I would stay on the higher intake as long as it's clean and good quality. During your rest week you want to give your body the best building stones to recover best possible. Stay on the 300-500 calories above your maintence intake and it should be all good.

lol thanks. i plan to just slowly reduce the calories now. all day today I was thinking to just start my cutting cycle after this week break. it seems like a good enough time. i dont really think i wanna just try and bulk for 3 or so weeks after a week off and then cut.
i went down to about 154lbs and now im up to around 174-175. oddly enough, coming home now and seeing johns news of today felt like I was reading my own thoughts. next week, im just gona start to eat a bit less and less.
