I was just going to send you my 1st email to say why havnt you got a forum set up and what happens? Here we are.
Great stuff.

Im a Londoner living in Japan and since moving here some 8 years ago my fitness has been reduced to walking up my stairs every night (10th floor).
I used to cycle 20 miles every day etc etc.....
I was really getting down and then I came upon Johns wonderful home page.
Voila! Just the lift I needed, so last weekend I went out and bought some weights a bench (second-hand) and today I got myself a home trainer (19,000 yen ;about 180 US)for my racing bike. I figured that rather than let my nice Bianchi rust I'd use it indoors (its bloody minus degress here)
