Here we are again, after suffering through a sinus infection i decided to end my cycle and start up a new one. This cycle will be slightly different with only two weighttraining days but i am adding in two days of martial arts.
WORKSETS ONLY
SQUATS
3x5@175lbs
the first six weeks should not have much of note in them, after all i've been at these weights before.

BENCHPRESS
3x5@120lbs
getting a good pause at the bottom for this exercise>

PULLDOWNS
i am doing this with palms facing me this time< just for a change>

CURLS
3x5@70lbs
using an incline bench and dumbbells for this, i will also go up to 10 reps before adding weight.

SUMMARY
I am going to do HIIT 3x/week and combine that with ab and lower back work.
