I found this story. Interesting story, but not very in depth.
I remember him from Seinfeld. He was huge then, comparing
to the picture in the article he has made quite a change.

Not only did he lose a lot of fat, he looks pretty muscular as well (check out his chest & forearms). Shows you the benefit of lifting during fat loss.

Yeah, his forearms are ripped.

Its funny, I always see these guys in their 50s walking around and they have these massive beer guts yet their legs and forearms are muscular and completely ripped :)
