Hi there,

I was inspired after reading John's page, and started working out, But can anyone help me with my food plan, and explain me what the philosophy behind this is.
My main goal is to lose fat

I already started:
-eating every 3-hours(i understand this is necessary to keep my engine running)
-taking in more protein( so that i won't lose to much muscle)

stay away from sugar!!!!! And as for fat also minimize the intake, and try to eat (don`t know the exact word in english) well you now fat in fis`h is good for you! Chickens good, but take the skin off!!
