I have been drinking a lot of Green Tea lately for the metabolic benefits, however after one cup the taste reminds me of raw fish. Maybe its just the brand I use...nonetheless, I think I want to just start using Green Tea pills. Does anyone know of a good brand for those as well as a good all-around multi-vitamin. Fitness is not new to me, but a lot of the supplementing is, and I know there are a lot of JUNK supplements out there and I want to make sure I am getting what is best for my health and that I am not throwing money away. I want to start my supplement routine with Green Tea, Multivitamin and Omega 3 daily to set a good foundation and make sure my body is receptive to the other supplements I will take in the future. Any suggestions regarding the 3 items I am beginning with or future supplements you would recommend are very much appreciated. I am in a trimming phase, as I have about 10-15 lbs max that I am working to shed from lower ab area, love handles and various other regions. Gotta get trim!

This is a bit old but I'm just now reading it. Schiff makes a decent Green Tea extract pill. I swear by their Move Free pills.

i found adding a bit of splenda made it taste alot sweeter and more enjoyable..

even though all tea to me tastes like ass.. i still drink it the way it is, only adding splenda sometimes

I'd rather drink sewer water than green tea man. It would take a crate of splenda to make that stuff palatable.

Sometimes it matters what brand green tea you buy. Some brands of green tea like the Stop and Shop brand I cant drink one sip. You can also buy flavors with Mint, etc. I have never tried them but they might taste better to you. I guess if you really cant stand the taste you are better off taking the pill then no green tea at all.
