So I've been hitting it hard since christmas day when I weighed in a whopping 253(haven't weighed that much since I stopped playing ball). Haven't missed one day of working out even though I do substitute running on the mill for rock climbing, hiking etc...
So as I said earlier when I started I was 6'5" 253 and 16% BF (w/ tape measure method). Yesterday, I was a little worried that a couple cheat meals might have had a negative affect - but to my joy when I stepped on the fat-o'-meter it said 232!!! I promptly went home and measured my body fat and it was at 16%??? I'm pretty sure its wrong because I'm starting to be able to see my six pack w/o flexing and my waist / stomach measurement has dropped from 45" to 38". Also, none of my clothes fit any more!
