What do ya'll think of these? They feed the chickens flaxseed and and other things so the yolk is comprised of Omega 3's. Seems pretty cool to me. They are not much more expensive and taste the same. I think I may get regular eggs to use the whites to mix with them.
I have really high cholesterol and triglycerides( does anyone else?, I'd like to get some dialogue on that going),and I love eggs. so I think this is a good option...

Just wondering what your thoughts were.

I thinks the Omega-3 eggs are definately a good option. The chickens are much healthier because of the feed so you aren't eating a bunch of steriod by-products.
