Hey guys,
Im looking at changing my routine and trying max ot ,
i was thinking about trying

anyone got any criticisms of it? just thought id ask before i start!

It looks pretty good to me. It seems to follow all of the MAX-OT principals and it has a good selection of exercises (lots of compound exercises and not too many isolation exercises)
In some cases it only has 5-6 sets per muscle group. MAX-OT reccomends 6-9 so you could probably add a set or two here and there if you felt like it.
I guess the only way to know for sure is to get into the gym and see how you feel after a couple of weeks, so get cracking :db:

My guess is that because MAX-OT is high intensity and low volume it only takes up 40 mins of your time so its a small change in your life and yields big results.

Check out this pic, its Jeff Willet the guy that wrote the program. I wouldnt want to look like that but its an amazing photo. The guy is so ripped and huge it looks inhuman :eek:
