Here we go again. It's John's site to do with as he pleases, even if that means pop up ads. If they're that annoying to you, there are a number of free programs and even browsers that will assure you never see them.

I'm not trashing John or his site. I agree, he is free to do whatever he wants with it, and I will continue to come back, almost daily, as I do now. I was just ranting a bit. I go to other fitness websites and am constanly innundated with pop-ups. John's site is a pleasure to surf because there are none. That is all.
