So we all know the basic favorite high protein staples:
Whey/soy/egg protein powders :)
Chicken
Fish/Tuna
Egg whites
Cottage Cheese
Soy beans
Peanut/almond butters
nuts
(I'm not saying these foods are great in every way, just high in protein)
What other high protein foods are on your "staples" list?

You have to put shrimp on that list. I go through about 2 pds of shrimp a week.

Since you pretty much covered everything (that I eat, anyway), I'll just get specific:
Salmon. Excellent source for protein and EFA's. Not to mention it's really tasty. :)

You have to put shrimp on that list. I go through about 2 pds of shrimp a week. But watch out for the cholesterol!
