I use it all the time. I like it because it is heat stable and doesn't seem to have any funny aftertaste unlike some of the other sweetners out there. We baked brwonies with it yesterday and they came out great!

Splenda rulez!

I use it in my whey shakes to make them a bit sweeter like a milkshake!

If you are using it instead of sugar in a recipe, how much should you use? If it calls for a cup of sugar you don't use a cup of splenda do you?!

yes, 1 to 1 ratio, but you can buy like 5lb bags. (they wont be 5lbs, but it would be the same as 5lbs of sugar.

Splenda is my best friend :D
Yes, it's measured cup for cup with sugar. I was so happy to find the large box of splenda specifically for baking, cooking etc....

My first run-in with Splenda was at a Ruby Tuesdays restaurant. The ingredients on the little packet said "Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Sucralose." I tried it and it tasted pretty much like sugar so I decided to buy a box for home use. When I got home I noticed that the ingredients on the box left out "Dextrose."

Anybody have any idea why dextrose is not included in the ingredients in this version?
