Ok here is the scenario...My wife doesn't cook and neither do I, so we eat out all the time. I know that I need to eat better. The problem is what to make to eat that is nutrious? My routine is to get up and go to the gym early and then on to work and eat breakfast there (pop tart or instant oatmeal I know this is bad) then wait until lunch to eat and usually eat some frozen thing that you heat in the microwave. Go home at 5 and either make a frozen dinner or eat out at fast food or pizza. Needless to say I am getting know where fast. What I would like from everyone here is suggestions on what to eat? Something that I can eat for breakfast and lunch at work that is easy and something that I could cook at night. I can cook if I have ideas of what is nutrious. I am at a loss here and want to get on a good track. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

My routine is to get up and go to the gym early and then on to work and eat breakfast there (pop tart or instant oatmeal I know this is bad) Some ideas:
Take the semi-instant Quaker oatmeal with you! Not the stuff in packets, but the stuff that's just oats and takes ~ 2 min in the microwave. I add raisins or dried apricots to mine. That's not a big change.
Take a banana for a snack. Again, no biggie.
Take a can of tuna for lunch. Easy enough.
Take something else for a snack (e.g. some almonds)
When you get home you should be able to prepare something that's not horrible
Really, it's not that difficult. It helps to plan out your day first so you know what you're eating. This is the first step. You'll get different opinions and there's tons of stuff you can eat easily that take little/no preparation.
