Okay, how much did everyone gain over Thanksgiving. I added about five solid pounds of fat to my torso.

Since I don't celebrate thanksgiving, I didn't add more than usual.

Also, not to put you down or anything, I doubt that those five pounds are fat. Mostly water probably.

Temporarily gained 3 pounds, but it vanished yesterday morning.

I wish it were only water. It was potatoes, stuffing, turkey, pecan pie, sweet potatoe pie, pumpin pie, chocolate, etc., etc. yum yum

I had three different thanksgiving dinners at various locations over the course of 5 days, and I have been having left overs ever since, and so far have gained about -1 pound in the last week. In other words, I am still losing!

Numbers wise, I'm not sure... but I look and feel like shit. I would estimate I consumed 3500-4500 calories every day from Wednesday-Saturday last week.

It's all good though, I will just go through a short cutting phase to drop some fat and I'll be good to go again.

I have two families so I had two T-giving's... one Thurs and one Fri. Actually, I did great both days. I just "sampled" everything they put out on the table and only ate until I was full, which just equated to polishing off a full plate. While I may have eaten a few things I don't normally, I didn't gorge myself and really only at a little more than I normally do.

Saturday was another story. I owe my journal and the 10% challenge thread a post... as soon as I have five minutes (which won't be until later tonight) I'll let you know what happened...

2 diff. dinners (Thurs. and Sun.), and a week off from cardio, lifting and watching what I eat -- down .5lb. Not what I was expecting. Glad my planned week of being "off" rev'ed up my metabolism (need to break a plateau).

I weight myself every Saturday and I noticed that I stayed at 161 lbs--haven't changed at all. Looking back, I'm not that surprised. I really didn't endulge as much as I should've.

Wednesday: went out with a bunch of friends from back in high school, but I had a protein/fat shake of 48g of whey and about 20g of natty pb; cheat = 1 mix drink of vodka, sprite, and some red flavored stuff (I'm not a drinker--obviously :o )

Thursday: breakfast: a serving of some real good apple pie and a serving of some sugarless sweet potato pie along with about 48g of whey protein (in water, of course); meal (had this meal 2 times): some brown rice cooked in dry mushrooms and peas, stuffing cooked with spicy sausage and mixed veggies, sweet potatoes (cooked with cinnamon and brown sugar), white meat turkey

Friday: lunch: dark meat turkey and a serving of cashews; dinner: same as my thanksgiving meal except for the fact that the turkey meat was dark and that I had a serving of apple and sweet potato pie afterwards :o --mmm good stuff, I tell ya

Saturday was back to normal, unfortunately.

P.S. Whatsup Karatetrick? Long time no talk, chief

Actual poundage, I have no clue, I put the scale away before Thanksgiving and I don't plan on taking it out until next week! - but if we're going by feel, I think i'm holding about 2 or 3 extra gallons of water :D

Started at 170 empty stomach on Monday. Began eating more on Wednesday, end of Thursday night hit 180. Had to take a leak like four times in the night but dropped to 176 after ( so much waterweight!). Down to 172 now... hopefully some of that is still water/waste :d_mad:
Extra 5000-6000 calories this week.
