Weight (fat) loss is going to depend on your diet.
You could eat like pure crap and never see results, no matter how much activity you do.

Adding any sport to your weekly routine will speed up fat loss, assuming you don't eat enough extra food to make up for the calories lost. Just make sure with all that activity and at 15 years old, you are eating enough. Anything under 2500 calories is too low IMO.

If you're starting Rugby you might want to bulk.

You're only 15; you're in a great place to get in great shape, and rugby will definitely help.
Just push hard all practice. Don't quit, never say die, and always give 110%. At your age, provided your eating isn't too little or totally garbage, you will see some excellent and surprising progress.

maybe on days that you train for rugby, you should do nothing else.
ie. make rugby your cardio, but make sure that you eat a lot rugby burns a hell of a lot of calories.

He might be a scrum half or a winger...so he might want to stay small or lean down so he gains speed. If he's a prop or 2nd rowman then hell yeah bulk up! :D
