Hey, regardiing this post http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=9378&page=5&pp=20
the picture of your week 5 progress shows either huge lower abs or a small gut, they look like abs. IMO, they are rather large, i was wandering what you do to isolate them if you do anything, i've never really been able to target my lower abs, i never feel the burn in them. Thanks for your suggestions.

Well, I'm flattered to know that my fat looks like huge abs, but regardless, it's a small gut. It's the last fronteir of bodyfat on me and is truly not going down without a fight.
So now that you're no longer interested in my ab workout, I'll tell you that I do regular crunches for my top abs and bicycle crunches for the rest. There's something about getting the legs involved that really works the lower abs.

thats very interesting that that is "fat" lol sorry for the mistake, but if thats all you have left, your on a role, you'll be showing those abs in no time, good luck and hope i can get pics like that up soon. Thanks for your response slush.
