Ive been doing more backwork because its weaker than my chest because ive been neglecting it. But recently I get this odd tingling down my back, nothing painful just really really odd.

Also has anyone experienced this before?. Havent had it for a while now so im not really sure what caused it in the first place, but whenever im really frustrated or feel hot and stressed I get really itchy all over. Like sharp pin pricks. Its not just me who has had these before but also my brothers.

ive had that same feeling before. i get it when i lift a high weight, or am tired or hot. i guess its normal or something since other people have felt it. dont have any idea what it is.
