Just wondering, which muscle groups developed the quickest for you, and which the slowest?
My chest is lagging, but my legs have just exploded (both in strength and size) since I started.

Chest and Triceps = My fastest
Back = Slowest... That damn V doesnt want to show :(
Legs I havent really done much, I need to stip skipping the leg workout on friday...

Quickest my Back and traps
Slowest my calf except when I'm running then its my forearms

Fastest growth/strength increases: Delts, Chest, Triceps
Slowest growth/Strength increases: BICEPS! Very slow to grow, and extremely hard for me to gain any strength in them. Also, my back has gotten bigger, but, my strength progress is slow going.

My left arm develops faster than my right. With the left, I can lift heavier than the right. With my right, I can lift for more reps! I'm right handed.
Heh, my right body develops much quicker than my left. The only muscle that doesn't is my right pec which is currently lagging behind the left, though I think that's because my right tricep/shoulder is stronger, so my right pec does less work than my left one before I can do no more.
1Fast, my abs barely grow either, they're a real bitch. I have the low body-fat, but I'm having a hell of a time getting them to look nice and round.
