Eh, this isn't really a subject thread, but I just had to post how great it feels to be back at hitting the weights, without having alot of other stuff in my head. I absolutely love to train, and I wasn't enjoying the halfhearted workouts that I had been doing over the past few months. It was always..."I want to lift, but I know I have to study...I'll do some lifting, and some studying", but sadly neither were getting the full 100% that each deserved(God was with me at exam time).
It felt so good to hit the inclines and neck presses again. Since I was torn between what muscles I wanted to work...I even threw in a few sets of sissy squats.
There is no better feeling in the world than setting a goal for yourself...achieving that goal...and celebrating in all of the fruits of your hard work, in whatever brings you the most happiness. I know that I've already said this...but, I LOVE TO TRAIN! I've really enjoyed reading every members triumphs in their own training routines...But I feel like an animal that's been kept locked up for the past 6 months...and somebody just flung open the door on my cage...
The Bulk is So ON!!!

**Please try to disregard any characteristics of insanity on the part of the poster...He has obviously suffered from having his safety’s set too low while performing neck presses to failure, and this is simply a symptom of loss of oxygen to the brain for an extended period.
