hey everybody and thanx guys for creating such a wonderful forum! :tucool:

ok i'm kinda new here, i'm i've been persuing a fitness program since a couple of weeks after stopping for about two months on summer,
actually the trainer at the gym recommended it to me, and told me that it's the most common programme, but i don't know much, just don't wanna be a sheep here !!
ok, i'm 20 y/o, 5'10" (1,78 cm) and 150lb (70 kg) , got a light belly -which i tried in vain to get rid of: therefor i go jogging 1 time or twice a week and work on my abs)-, and my core goal here is merly to keep fit and be masculated !!
so i just want u guys to take a look at my programmm and tell me what u think!

Monday :
Chest : 5 exercices/3sets/12 reps
Biceps: 2 exerices/4sets/12 reps
forarms: 1 exercice/4sets/12 reps

Tuesday
off or jogging for about 1 hour and 2 or 3 abs exercices

Wednesday :
Back: 5 ex/3sets/12 reps
triceps: 2 ex/4sets/12 reps
forarms:1ex/4sets/12 reps

Thursday :
off/jogging and abs

Friday :
legs and calves : 5ex/3sets/12 reps
shoulders: 3 ex/4sets/12 reps

Saturday and Sunday :
off/ jogging and abs

I usually take a 60-80 seconds break and drink water between each set!
Conerning weights, i try to choose different weights for different muscle groups, so that the 11th or 12th movement would be a struggle ! and there sure is progress !!
I would be sorely happy if u guys tell me if this program's compatible with my weight , height and most importantly with my objectives ie : getting rid of my belly and be fit and masculated !!
thanx guys, u rock! :claphigh:

You need to say what exercises. 4 isolation leg exercises will give a totally different effect to if you include compound movements like squats.
