Forget about gyno. Lose fat and it will go away.

Agreed with above- It's fat and, at your age, a little "baby" fat. I had the same issue and it went away as i matured.

You need to add more muscle and lose a lot of fat. How tall are you? I wouldn't worry about gyno until you are around 12% body fat. Right now it just looks like fat, and once you lose the fat and put on muscle, I bet it will just look like muscle.

Remember, there is no such thing as spot reducing. If you want to get rid of that "chest fat," you need to get a food strategy going and do your cardio and weights. No specific exercise will help you, there are no tricks. If someone gives you a trick to specifically lose "chest fat," they're either lying or ignorant. Lose enough fat all over your body, and, eventually, that fat on your chest will also go away. That's how it works - bottom line.
And buck up; once you get in shape, you're going to have the rest of your teens and twenties to be fit and confident! I wonder what some of the older guys on this board would have given to have made the decision to get in shape for life, and stuck to it, at age 15?
Good luck!
