guys.. i keep reading on the boards every so often about people not having a rest week from training... and i know its hard...it just doesnt seem right not training for a week...

BUT DO IT!!!

every single time i take a break i come back either stronger or just as strong, but fighting fit...

my last break i came back and after my first couple weeks back my arms just grew like half an inch...
this time, ive put on 6lbs!... now ok some might be fat...but even if half of it is fat...thats like 3lbs of muscle..... grrrrr! im just growing and growing faster than i cud hope for.

think theres quite abit of fat on me now tho 196lbs! hehe...but atleast that means ive got something to do during my cut (like john says!).

i cant actually believe it, my goal for xmas about a month and a half ago was to be 189lbs, and ive surpased that a month early....


ohh also..my company is hooking us up with private health care soon, and i think they want to run tests and give a basic health check... ive seen afew of you have been to doctors and got him to run your bloodwork to see if your healthy...what should i ask them to check for?

I am taking my weekl off this week :tu:

It has probably been 2-3 months since I started bulking and my weight gain has started to plateau. So their is no better time then the present to have my first week off.

Just a querie.... Should I do any cardio during this week off?
