I've never seen that site mentioned before. I stumbled upon it tonight while wandering around the internet. It's like MyBodyComp combined with a workout log - reminds you of upcoming workouts, allows you to track weights used, reps, sets, etc. You can even see graphical displays of the data you enter. Pretty nifty tool.... and it's completely FREE!!

Just wanted to share my find! :tucool:

Nice find :tucool:

Is there any way to browse through the exercises? I signed up but I still can't find a listing of all the exercises.

yep nice find havent even gotten past the first page, the tips on squat is pretty cool. Bend knees a little, then drop behind down and back, following with knees. :) Maybe why i feel squats really didnt work them leg muscles.

As far as I can tell, there's not a list you can browse. However, after you've created your workout routine... the exercises you use become links that take you to descriptions and illustrations on proper form. Ya never know though, there's a lot to that site. I'll keep my eyes open.
