Yes I know, this has been said before many times but I'd like to get more specific about it. These guys put on a lot of muscle in a short amount of time but their training schedules usually appear to be something like twice a day, an hour at a time for 5 days/week. I have the ability to fit this kind of routine in my schedule, but I'd like some specific routines that would work. Would you train the same muscle group twice a day, with the same intensity? Or is it you train it hard in the morning, then light at night? Or do you do one muscle group in the morning, than a completely diff one at night. Has anyone tried this with much success? Im looking to shock my muscles as hard as i can in Jan and this looks like a plan.

A common person will get better results by implementing a perfect diet before adding more workouts. Keep in mind we'll never have the access to trainers and recovery methods that celebrities do. Also keep in mind that usually ripped people in movies aren't actually all that big, but rather have good lighting, excellent camerawork, and low bodyfat above all else.
That said, most of the two a day programs I've seen involve hitting the muscle heavy and then doing a light workout later.

and dont rule out the idea that theyre on gear to be able to train as hard as they often say...
i know alot of you say they wouldnt...but lets face it how many famous people are on coke and all sorts of recreational drugs...dont you think they would take some steroids to bulk up for another multi-million dollar movie?!!!!

There is no way of knowing how the results are achieved. Drugs or hard work. Two sessions a day or a week. You never know, when you see writeups on their training can they be believed? I doubt it, Hollywood is a dream factory, they will tell you what they want you to hear.
I am personally have never really been impressed with the "stars'" bodies that are mentioned here. Most gyms we walk in have many that are better. So since we will never know what they do, eat or take, if you like their bodies then keep working until you might make the same impression on someone or your mirror. Performing the same routines might not have the same effect on your body.
