7:00AM ( Breakfast ) Quaker Oats w/ water & a whole apple
11:00 AM : 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2:00PM ( Lunch ) A turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread
4:00PM Tuna and veggies/fruit
7:00PM ( Dinner) Chicken breast w/ a small salad (cucumbers,tomatoes etc)
10:00PM cottage cheese

I can't eat from 7:30AM till 2:00PM (School). When shall i eat the 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter ?

Are you only asking about when to eat the peanut butter?
Or are you asking for a diet critique?
You will need to give more specific information such as weight, age, goal, portion amounts if you're asking the latter. I would suggest going over to this thread http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=1222 if you haven't already.
If you're asking the former, there must be some sort of break in between those hours? If not maybe consider some sort of liquid meal.

Yes I'm asking when to eat the peanut butter and for a diet critique...

I'd like to be more specific though :p

Age: 15
Weight: 220lbs
Height: 182cms

Diet:

7:00AM ( Breakfast ) Quaker Oats w/ water & a whole apple
11:00 AM : 2 tbsp natural peanut butter [need to arrange it's time ( can't eat from 7:30AM till 2:00PM, school)]
2:00PM ( Lunch ) A turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread
4:00PM Tuna and veggies/fruit
7:00PM ( Dinner) Chicken breast w/ a small salad (cucumbers,tomatoes etc)
10:00PM cottage cheese
* 8:00PM Oatmeal, then to the gym till 9:00PM and then some oatmeal again (Only on weight lifting days)*

Workout schedule:

Day 1 : Chest, back
Day 2 : Treadmill
Day 3 : Legs
Day 4 : Treadmill
Day 5 : Shoulders, Triceps and Biceps
Day 6 : Probably a 30min walk with some friends
Day 7 : Rest
Day * : Abs to be done on any training day of personal choice.

It's kinda impossible to run on an empty stomach in the morning ...
See i wake up at 7:00AM barely have a breakfast and then go to school :mad:
Anyway, I'll extend the cardio to 45mins, eat oatmeal 1 hour before going to the gym.

F.A.Q:

1) So should i eat the second oatmeal right after gym? (weight lifting days)
2) When should i eat the peanut butter except 11:00AM? Because i cannot eat at school..
and finally, 3) How much oatmeal do i have to eat? considering my age, and weight.
