buy a pair do cheap calipers. they are anywhere from $6 -$30. google for
caliper + test + body + fat + sites

To be honest, I've found www.mybodycomp.com to be unreliable in bf%. It said I had 6% and I'm no where near that ripped! Gym with callipers is pretty good and they gave me a more realistic number (13.5%).

Either way, from what I understand, these are all just estimates right? The only way to properly calculate it is if you go to a lab and get tested properly....

Anyway, that's what I think.

9 point test works best for me. Give that a try.
