hi everyone, i am not new to this site but i have only posted a fewtimes, anyway, i am 15 years old, bout 5ft7 and bout 15 stone 10. i have been training for about 4 months, and i have gained a great deal of strength and mass, however my body lacks definition. i have quite big arm muscles when i feel them, but when i flex them theres no definition in the bieceps or trieceps, does anyone now what i can do to help get them to looked ripped. also how do i get those big veins running up my arms, coz they look realy cool.

Only one true solution: lose the fat.

And you cannot lose it just on your arms. You need to reduce your total BF% low enough so that you get the definition you want. How low is that? Totally depends on your body.

You're 15- give yourself time to grow (naturally).

Begin a "cutting diet", look at sticky at the top of this forum. 220 lbs at 5' 7" says your BF% might be in high 20s, easy. :gl:
