I've got a Bowflex that I purchased as a surprise for my wife a few months ago as a graduation/Post Baby present.
Why Bowflex? We rent, don't have alot of extra space, and it's easy to move. I can also work out by myself without worry of dropping weights on myself. I also have a 1.5Year old and it's pretty quiet compared to weights for use when she's sleeping.
I'll likely augment this with dumbells for freeweight work. It's annoying to do curls with a bowflex.
Any workout suggestions for the bowflex?
Now I need to figure out cardio. To get started I'm really thinking of getting out my jump rope. I can't buy anything decent for cardio until we get caught up money wise. My wife just graduated and is now looking for a job. (sigh)
Once money is settled, I'd like to pick up some sort of elliptical machine. Suggestions on where to head with this?
