I got this box of frozen, boneless/skinless chicken breasts. There's no nutrition facts or anything so how do I know the calories, protein etc?
I don't like looking up sites for that information but I will I have to.

I use fitday.com
if you enter the chicken with the preparation method (white meat, breast, boneless, skinless, cooked) and how much you ate, it will break it down for you.
chicken is chicken.

If its just chicken, that is. I remember in college my mom bought me a couple bags of tyson frozen chicken breasts, some special mesquite flavor or something. It had sodium through the roof and all kinds of preservatives and whatnot.
If its just chicken, then fine. But be careful if the meat has been processed or flavored.

what are the differences between fitday, calorieking, and nutritiondata.com?
They also don't mention grill but they do mention fried. What if I fry the chicken breasts with fat free olive oil pam? Does that count?

Remember there are different percentages of actual chicken depending on how much salt or water has been added. Here in Sweden it almost always says how much chicken there actually is per 100 g.

Most of the chicken I've seen at the store is measured in 4oz servings, and each breast is about 8oz.
I know one serving contains 22g of Protein, but I dunno about calories. I'd think it'd be in the neighborhood of 100-150 though. *shrug*

I looked up the nutrition facts for: boneless, skinless chicken breast, mean only, cooked, fried
Under 100g for one chicken breast I came up with
Calories - 187
Protein - 33
Fat - 4
Carb - 0
I measure on a small food scale. So if I measure 200 g, I would have:
374 Cal, 66 Pro, 8 fat, right?
