We've been working out at 11pm almost every night and I usually go to bed around 2-3am. After working out, I am usually starving. Is it ok to have a can of tuna before bed? I've just always heard that you shouldn't eat anything after 8pm, etc. I'm trying to cut btw.

you should, never keep your body hungry regardless you are bulking or cutting. Tuna is a good source of protein and fat. Eat it and you will have protein source to get you through the night and fat will slow down the digestion.

I'm not a big fan of the nighttime catabolism theory
