View Full Version : Guy decides to drink nothing but Pepsi Holiday Spice
Puddy November 21st, 2004, 03:37 AM I wonder how much weight this moron will put on. (He's got $1000 bet going, though. I'd do it for a grand, but I'm a poor 22-year-old.)

Funniest part to me is:
Q: Are you sure this is healthy?
A: Its only pepsi... its not like its McDonalds!
I think soda was most responsible for my weight gain. I used to drink almost 12 cans a day.
Dark Adept November 21st, 2004, 04:10 AM My favourite parts are where he talks to a doctor:
I told him about the poop, sneezes, the bloody noses, the recent itching... and the Pepsi Spice Project.. He went off on food poisons, infections.. he told me to drink water.. I told him I couldn't... he just stared at me again.
and here
I took someone from here's advice and I have been taking baths to stay more hydrated.. but im afraid with my current condition, my bath got nasty quick. Yes, the diarrhea is still with me, and its uncontrollable, explosive, violent, and dark crimson red. At least it didnt clog the drain...back to showers.
It incredible the lack of respect that one can have for one's body.
EDIT: Puddy already gave the link to his blog, so I erased mine.
Human Clay November 21st, 2004, 04:27 AM I once drank an entire bottle of pepsi blue in one day. Let's just say that it goes in liquid and blue, and comes out... uh... something... and blue.
ShadowPenguin November 21st, 2004, 11:18 AM i was wondering how long it would take for someone to rip off the McDonalds Diet guy.
i wanna see someone try to drink nothing but egg nog.

1FastGTX November 21st, 2004, 12:12 PM Dude I have been taking baths for the last 12 weeks and I'm so ripped!!!!
HAHAHAHHAHAHA
Human Clay November 21st, 2004, 06:18 PM If I remember correctly from 10th grade science class, smaller bodies of water are attract to larger bodies of water... so the smaller amounts of water contained in your body's cells are drawn to the larger body of water which is the bath water, and that is why we get pruney fingers :D
Jim November 21st, 2004, 09:02 PM I have a new hero.

Skoorb November 22nd, 2004, 10:32 AM DAMN, when is this hitting stores? I looked this weekend. I'm a junky for new cola drinks and I'll be damned again if I could find it anywhere.
Anyway, no this guy can't keep this. It's FAR less healthy than the mcdonalds diet for 30 days. I've no doubt in my mind that this particular diet would wreak permanent damage to his body, if he could even stay on it - and he can't, I'm sure.
EDIT: Oh, he's eating normally. This is not very impressive at all then. :(

This is not very much different than what thousands of people have been doing for years. I can't help but think this guy is exaggerating his symptoms.
Through university, I rarely ever drank anything other than Coke. If I did, it was usually iced tea, coffee, or beer. It didn't kill me, but I was probably pretty unhealthy.

12 CANS a day = 1,800 Calories / Day
Damn!! Thats a crapload of junk Calories...I'll bet you could simply cut soda and do nothing else and drop fat like crazy.

I don't think WON'T will be the issue... after a month of this I'd put money on CAN'T...
Arwes November 26th, 2004, 06:25 AM Ugh..and the stuff tastes just like regular Pepsi to me. I taste no cinnamon and no ginger...only Pepsi.
The $1,000 will be a good downpayment for kidney transplant surgery!
