I'm currently working out 5 - 6 days a week.
I'm just curious, for the day I don't workout, should I consume as much protein as I would on a day that I was working out?

Yes. Repair and protein synthesis don't happen during or right after a workout. It can happen up to 5 days AFTER the workout, so having a consistent intake is more important than trying to time it. The reason you hear so many people tell you to take a protein shake close to a workout is because it sells more protein shakes. :)

Thanks, I had that question itching myself the whole week because I knew I was going to take a break this weekend.

You are probably eating more protein than you need to maintain/build muscle anyway (if you are following some of the suggestions on these forums, you most definitely are). I don't think you need to worry about it.
