Everyones talking about empty stomach cardio, usually i do mine at night, after i lift , i usually do 20-25 minutes of as hard as i can handle, non stop, so i was thinking if i did this on an empty stomach would my results be greater? or is there any other way to make my results better?
thanks for your responses. they are all fully appreciated.

I don't believe everyone is talking about empty stomach cardio ... perhaps just the people where you are "hanging out." Cardio is fine at any point in time, and it is more what you burn and take in throughout the day than the exact time that matters. In fact, some will argue that empty stomach cardio does not in fact burn more fat, but rather takes on some muscle mass as well.
For your results to be better, the best place to focus is your nutrition, not starving yourself when you do cardio. ;)

Hey there! Try the search feature here, as this has been covered many times, and I know I've explained a myriad of the benefits of cardio, cardio a.m., how to eat to support this activity, what TYPE of cardio is best for pure lipolysis, why, etc. Believe me, it's worth it! ;)
