I see a business opportunity for botox :)
So the oldest person is 114 and a half? That's almost sad seeing them count down by the day.
Guiness says "The oldest documented supercentenarian is Jeanne Calment (1875-1997). " 122 years. Andel still has 8 long, hard years to get there. I bet by the time I'm dead (presumably from old age), then we'll have seen a 130, because nutrition and medicine has gotten so much better in the last century.
Was anybody on the first page really old and still fairly lively? I've seen some of these people and they are almost as useless as a newborn in terms of what they can do; blindness, lack of mobility, etc. I remember seeing a 95 year old on tv who ran regularly. I was impressed with that.

I was just up in PA for my grandfather's funeral. He was 3 weeks shy of his 104th birthday. WOW, thats a long time. Im not sure I'd want to live that long. But I guess if my mind is sharp and my Depends are dry, it'd be ok....heheheheh :p

So who is right?Oldest living man! He's on that list too. I think that Hendrikje Van Andel must be a woman...? Many of those old people - most - are!
