Hi everyone. My story is as follows, I was overweight my whole life, and a couple years ago when I stepped on a scale and it read over 250 lbs, I decided that I needed to fix that. I was tired of feeling and looking like crap. I was seriously depressed with ZERO self esteem/self worth. So I bought one of those bowflex's, and used it religiously. I also followed the diet plan that came with it. I lost quite a bit of weight. It went up a little, then down, then up a little then down a lot, and then down all the way to where I'm at now, 165. The past few months I've been off the bowflex, and I've been working out with my brother in law who is very knowledgeable in weight lifting/fitness/whatnot. Been using free weights, and a piece of gym equipment that does a bunch of stuff. I'm also trying to do a high protein diet (harder than I thought it would be). I'm also taking Judo classes.

So here's my prob. Loose skin. I think I lost too much weight too rapidly. In my first week of loss, I lost 11 lbs. and during long stretches of loss, I would lose at least 3 lbs a week. So I'm basically skinny, but flabby. It sucks, I'm latterly boney in places... I'm trying to bulk up, but I don’t know about all the skin around my midsection and legs. Any suggestions? Tips?

(sorry for the long winded post)

Not to try to be an a**, but the issue of loose skin has been debated over and over on the forums. Do a search, and you'll find lot's of threads.
