Hi, I might as well show you what I my plans are workout and diet-wise.

My workout is going to be as follows. It is going to start on January 26, 2004. I used to have a weight training class, so I didn't have any choice but to go by what they did. I also would run 5 miles just about everyday, but that is going to be changed to 5 days a week. On January 1st, 2004, I weighed 170 pounds. Today, I weigh 161 pounds. I'm about 5' 11" and is 17 years old. I have a little bit of fat to lose, then I am going to hopefully go on a clean bulk after.

My workout schedule is like this:
Sunday--
Rest

Monday--
Back/Biceps
Run

Tuesday--
Shoulders
Run

Wednesday--
Run

Thursday--
Legs

Friday--
Chest/Triceps
Run

Saturday--
Run

Again, this is going to start on Monday, but I have still been logging my diet.

I might as well include today's "entry" even though it won't matter too much until Monday.

Yesterday, I finally got some whey protein in. I was planning on switching to vanilla, but I figured that I would stick to chocolate. I don't really want to use it until Monday, so for protein, I snacked on jerky today. I have also noticed that before when I was 170 pounds, I couldn't do a full pull-up, but now I can crank out 3. I'm glad that I won't have to be using my lat pulldown as much, and once I can do enough, I can move onto weighted pull-ups. I'm getting really excited for Monday because I won't have to be restricted by the weight training class that I had.

I can't wait until Monday when I will start lifting and running again. Sunday technically is the day that I start my exercise routine, but it is a rest day, so I guess it doesn't count. I've went from 170-160 pounds in 24 days, so once I add exercise, it shouldn't take long until I'm about where I want to be.
