Ok, I have heard that this is a great chest excersize and have always wanted to do it. I have looked at sites illustrating how to do it, but it always ends up working my triceps and I can't even feel anything in my chest. I did this two times by itself on one day. It was the only excersize I did just to see if I could feel it in my chest at all. Nothing. Anyone explain this better or have a really good illustration of how to do it?

Repeat. Watch chest grow.
The more you lean forward, the more you'll work your chest muscles.

So I don't have to be in the leaning forward position when I am at the top part? Just lean as far forward as I can AS I drop and then stay leaning forward as I come up?

What do you mean elbows in the right position? Compared to a tricep dip what is the difference?

I'm leaning forward the whole time (top and bottom of the rep), but as I drop I try to lean even more and really stretch those pecs.

This may or may not be obvious so I'll say it anyway. If you are at a gym the dip machines usually have two settings. Narrow and wide grip. It has to be set to wide grip to focus on your chest. Narrow is intended more for your arms.

Thanks for the tip, but I figured it out after john's response. I tried it yesterday and my chest is mega sore today, best it's ever felt after a workout so I'm pretty happy.
