Here's my November update. Here's where I started out in February (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=166), and then had my few month hiatus with the babies. With Ludvig's help I have have been making some great gains the last few months. I started working with him in Sept, and am here now. (Which are the picts shown here now) Hoping to make my challenge (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=9378&page=5&pp=20) of having abs by the 1st of the year. Hope I can dip down into that sub 10% BF area to get 'em!

Great progress - I would trade visible abs for that much muscle mass any day. Damn!

Dude, that's major progress.
I think you should work on your lats a little though.

Long pause....

Just kidding :)

:claplow: Awesome progress! If I ever bulk up to a fraction of the muscle you've got, I'll be one satisfied JSF customer...

Wow. outstanding progress. Curious about Ludvig's help. Has your progress over the last few months been principally the result of dietary changes or changes in your workout program? I'm just curious what you think has jump started your physique. Particularly impressive when comparing back to earlier this year.

I would say a lot of it was my diet. Ludvig (http://www.fitnow.se) helped me setup a complete diet plan, and excercise plan. Before I was sort of floundering, and knowing sort of what I should eat, but I was not eating enough, thinking that was the way to go. Also had sort of a chaotic workout plan, where i would jump from one thing to another, never really working anything real hard, but working everything a little. I would definitely say the dietary changes have helped push me beyond the plateau I was on, and make progress.

Ummm, guy, how old are you? I looked at your old pics, you look mid thirties. Looking at your new pics... maybe 22-24? Looking at your profile, 27?

Seriously, you look like a different person from your old pics! Wow :)

lostmind: thanks. haha.. I went through a lot prior to my transformation where I WAS starting to look old, and had grey hair actually coming in. Its gone now. :) But yes. I am 27. haha..

Danny: Ludvig has been the key for me to get beyond that plateau I was on, and put me in the right direction. Like I said, I feel that 80% of my progress was just chaning my diet to include more protein, less fat & sugars, but eating more clean calories. I eat about 2700 calories, where before I was only eating about 1800-2000. My workout is nothing special, but just try to do heavy weights. In the last month & a half, I have been doing more cardio to try and lose my belly.
