I was wondering if people could give me a rough estimate of my body fat judging from the picture below. I am 6' tall and weigh roughly 186 pounds.

yeh i'm 6'0 and was like 190 i'd say a few years ago or maybe even 185, i think thast when my abs were more visible, i'm now 200lbs, abs slightly visible, bulked up from lifting, and put fat on stomach from knee surgery and not able to do much cardio yet, but yeh i guess i'll have to reach taht weight if i want to see abs
