Juice Plus is a product made of powdered juices of fruits and vegetables. Essentially they slowly dry the fruits/veggies, then juice them without heating them and dry the juices to produce capsules.

The interesting part is that they've funded alot of research into the effectiveness of this stuff. The results are just impressive.
