I've been cutting for about 10 weeks at 1 lb / wk rate, seems I am down the exact predicted amount.
Done this through clean dieting, cardio 5x/wk and weight lifting 4x/wk.
My body comp puts me at 14% bf which sounds slightly low. I'm guessing I'm more around 16ish.
Height- 5'9 / 69inches / 175cm
Weight- at 172 lb / 78 kg
First picture is flexing what minor mass I have :d_rolleye
Last three pictures are relaxed.
I'm mostly trying to figure out how much more cutting I have left to do before I can start a bulking routine.
