Hi,

I had a few months of serious work rocking my schedule, but I'm back on track now. I'm moving on to the third phase of my routine -- cutting back to 160lbs and then beginning the most high intensity bulk yet. This should take me up until June.

In the first picture, I was 235lbs with a beard and long hair. In the second pic, I'm ~160lbs.

I'm writing about my fitness successes as they happen on my personal website. If you like my results, I recommend taking a look.

Awesome results. Nice blog, too. Where's the end of phase 2 pictures?

So, you are at 175 now and going back to 160? What is in store for phase 4?

I remember a long time ago you posted a "before" picture of you by a lake (I think it was a lake). I couldn't get over how different you looked in your "after" photo, and I still can't!

I'm looking forward to seeing your bulking progress!

Heh, I used to pass for my late twenties, but now there's no way in hell.

Aye, that was me, though I managed to cut from the 180 I was in my "after" picture back then to the 160 I am in the picture I posted here.

Going from 230 to 155 with no substantial bulk in the middle -- let me tell you, I felt like I was putting off the best part!

Thanks for posting everybody, I'll be back to post my results when I have some new ones. :)

Man, I hear you there. I'm dying to start bulking, but my mind is set on 10% bf, which should be around 175 for me.

My jaw dropped when your pictures loaded. f'n awesome!
