WEEK ONE: DAY 2:

Goals Completed:

1 mile run done at the crack of dawn, very cold out but it felt good when i was done, those endorphins must be flowing.

Gallon water intake will be achieved throughout the day, ive pretty much already made that a habit its just not drinking any other beverages including diet soda which i personally feel are just as bad as regular soda if not bad for cutting just bad for your health.

I missed a day already, pretty pathetic. I couldnt drag myself out of bed this morning, but i had a migraine headache last night, no excuse though. Anyway just have to jump back on tommorow and keep posting on this online journal whether i do tons of exercise that day or none (and eventually as i record my food intake: post whether i ate good or like crap).
