hey guys.. long time no post.

Thought I'd post the comparision pictures for my first year completed.. can't say it's been an easy year and I've slacked a hell of alot  but I'm still very happy with the way my progress is going. My aim was always to have the body I wanted by summer 2005 and I think I'm definately on the way. I actually weigh more now than when I started by a few lbs and I'm not to concerned as I know I can lose the fat when the time comes.

I've not done much cardio in the last 2 months because I know christmas is coming up and they'll be alot of food to eat and alcohol to drink and so January 1st is my day for kicking back into the cardio and losing the excess fat (I estimate around 14lbs).

You can find the pictures here.. http://www.tribe.org.uk/trans/

Cheers :D

I think you are way overestimating your BF%. You are probably in the low teens, and I seriously doubt you were 21% in the "before" picture! IMO, you should probably work on gaining mass rather than losing fat.

Yeh I should have said I don't trust those numbers, but thats what the scales I have say! And although I'm sure they're wrong I've been using them as a kinda of benchmark, I'm guessing they're about 4 or 5% out which is pretty crap considering they cost £40!

What's the best way to measure?

It looks like you have added a good amount of mass, I can see it especially well in your pecs.

I agree with the others, your body fat is in the mid to low teens, no where near 19%! Body fat calipers are another good way to check your BF percentage (once you get the hang of them).

Looks real good. Only thing I would focus on are your shoulders, especially your lateral deltoids which are lagging. Once you get some rock solid muscle on there you'll look great
