I'm an ectomorph who is attempting to lose a bit of a gut (initial fat loss phase). The last meal I had with ground turkey was perhaps the worst meal I've ever had in my life, it sucked like a Shop Vac. I've got some ground beef that has been sitting in the freezer that is 93% lean (leanest I could find). Let's say I were to throw a 4 oz patty on the Foreman and eat it with a fork with a bit of ketchup and spicy mustard...would the health gods smite me?

I looked up lean ground beef at foodcount.com and it says 6 grams of saturated fat. Will the Foreman reduce that more or am I expecting too much? Sure would like a burger.

I think it should be fine. It's best to go with fish and poultry, but lean beef should be fine as well
