I'm on a complete cheat day today, due to a plateau and I was experimenting with a variety of different things, still maintaining the ideal of healthy eating. Except with much bigger quantities :D
Anyway, a good early morning/workout starter.
1 scoop banana flavoured whey protein
1 banana
2 teaspoons of instant coffee pre dissolved in a small amount of hot water
1 tbspoon of peanut butter
skimmed milk
ice
Blend them all together for a tasty shake with a fair whack of caffeine.
This morning, I had a variation, which essentially exchanged the skimmed milk, with gold top extra fat milk (lying around the house due to my housemate buying some to indulge his coffee), and vanilla ice cream :D
Not forgetting the secret ingredient:
Green and Black's organic chocolate and hazelnut spread.
Heavenly.
